To provide a manufacturing method of a snow melting nozzle which makes processing of the snow melting nozzle significantly easier.SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of a snow melting nozzle 1 having an upper part 1a to which a sprinkler member 2 for ejecting snow melting water is attached, and a lower part 1b to which a water pipe 3 through which snow melting water flows from underground is connected. The snow melting nozzle 1 is made by: a step of preliminarily forging a recess C of a predetermined depth in a bulge B provided on an upper part of a stainless steel round bar by a die D and a punch P of a die for preliminary forging; a step of precisely forging an inverted conical hollow portion 4 and a rotation-preventing convex portion 5 of the snow-melting nozzle 1 projecting radially to an outer surface by the die D having a recess and the punch P of the die for precision forging in the recess C at the time of preliminarily forging; and a cutting step of providing a seating surface 7 of an open end 4a of the hollow portion 4 to which the sprinkler member 2 is mounted, a flow hole 13 through which snow melting water flows, and a positioning portion 6 for restricting the vertical movement of the snow melting nozzle 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消雪ノズルの加工が極めて容易に行われる消雪ノズルの製造方法である。【解決手段】消雪水が噴出する散水部材2が装着される上部1aと、地下からの消雪水の流通する導水管3が接続される下部1bとを有する消雪ノズル1の製造方法であって、前記消雪ノズル1は、ステンレス鋼材丸棒の上部に設けた膨出部Bに予備鍛造用の金型のパンチPとダイDにより所定の深さの凹みCを予備鍛造成形する工程と、予備鍛造成形時の前記凹みCに精密鍛造成用の金型のパンチPと凹を有するダイDにより逆円錐形状の空洞部4と、外側面に径方向に突出する前記消雪ノズル1の回り止め凸部5とを精密鍛造成形する工程と、前記散水部材2を装着する前記空洞部4の開口端4aの座面7と、消雪水が流通する流通孔13および前記消雪ノズル1の上下動を規制する位置決め部6とを設ける切削工程よりなる。【選択図】図1
