To make it possible to perform processing of a snow-melting nozzle very easily, and finely change jet of snow-melting water over a whole area in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A snow-melting nozzle 1 has an upper part 1a on which a water sprinkling member 2 for jetting snow-melting water is installed, and a lower part 1b to which a water conduit 3, in which snow-melting water from subsurface circulates, is connected. The snow-melting nozzle 1 is formed by preliminary forging formation for forming a recess C having a prescribed depth in a swollen part B provided on an upper part of a stainless steel round bar, and precision forging formation for further forming a cavity part 4 having a reverse conical shape in the recess and an anti-rotation protrusion 5, which protrudes in a radial direction, on an outside surface. A tubular valve cylinder 10, which penetrates a center of the water sprinkling member 2, is engaged with a lower part of the snow-melting nozzle 1, a lateral hole 14 is drilled in a radial direction of the valve cylinder 10, and snow-melting water from the water conduit 3 is flowed out to the cavity 4 by this lateral hole 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消雪ノズルの加工が極めて容易に行われ、消雪水の噴射を周方向の全域に細かく変更できるようにする。【解決手段】消雪水が噴出する散水部材2が装着される上部1aと、地下からの消雪水の流通する導水管3が接続される下部1bとを有する消雪ノズル1であって、前記消雪ノズル1は、ステンレス鋼材丸棒の上部に設けた膨出部Bに所定の深さの凹みCを形成する予備鍛造成形と、さらに前記凹みを逆円錐形状よりなる空洞部4および外側面に径方向に突出する回り止め凸部5を形成する精密鍛造成形によってなり、前記散水部材2の中央を貫通する管状の弁筒10を前記消雪ノズル1の前記下部に螺合し、前記弁筒10の径方向に横孔14を穿設し、この横孔14より前記空洞部4に前記導水管3からの消雪水が流出する。【選択図】図1
