METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SNOW MELTING NOZZLE
To provide a method of manufacturing a snow melting nozzle that facilitates processing of a snow melting nozzle.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a snow melting nozzle body 2 include: an initial step of forging-molding a swollen part A provided in an upper part of a stainless bar member into an inverse-cone shaped body B having a recess C in the center with a punch P and a die D of a first forging metal mold; a post-step of performing forging-molding so that the inverse cone shaped body B that was forged-molded in the first forging metal mold is formed into a cavity part 6 by deepening the recess C with the punch P and the die D of a second forging metal mold, an upper part 7 of the inverse cone shape body B becomes an inverse circular truncated cone shape and a lower part 8 becomes a cylindrical shape and an intermediate part 9 between the upper part 7 and the lower part 8 becomes a polygonal column shape; and a cutting step of cutting and molding a seating surface 11 to which a water sprinkling member is fitted and a flowing hole 5a connected with a conduit tube so as to coincide with an axial center X of the snow melting nozzle body 2, and cutting and molding a positioning recessed part 10a in the intermediate part 9 or the lower part 8 except the upper part 7 of the inverse circular truncated cone shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】消雪ノズルの加工が容易に行われる消雪ノズルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】消雪ノズル本体2の製造方法であって、ステンレス棒材の上部に設けた膨出部Aを第1鍛造用金型のパンチPとダイDにより中央に窪みCを有する逆円錐形状体Bに鍛造成形する初期工程と、前記第1鍛造用金型にて鍛造成形した逆円錐形状体Bを第2鍛造用金型のパンチPとダイDにより、前記窪みCを深くして空洞部6にするとともに、前記逆円錐形状体Bの上部7が逆円錐台形状で下部8が円筒形状になり、前記上部7と前記下部8との中間部9が多角柱形状になるよう鍛造成形する後工程と、前記散水部材が嵌合される着座面11と、導水管が接続される流通孔5aとを前記消雪ノズル本体2の軸芯Xと一致するように切削成形するとともに、逆円錐形台状の前記上部7以外の前記中間部9または前記下部8に位置決め凹部10aを切削成形する切削工程よりなる。【選択図】図5
