SNOW MELTING NOZZLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SNOW MELTING NOZZLE
To provide a snow melting nozzle with low flow resistance in the snow melting nozzle and a method of manufacturing the snow melting nozzle that is easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: A snow melting nozzle 1 comprises a water sprinkling member 3 for jetting snow-melting water to a road surface and a nozzle body 2 to which the water sprinkling member is attached, and the nozzle body has an upper part 21 composed of a cavity part 21a in an inverted conical shape and a lower part 22 composed of a through-hole 22a into which a water guide pipe 16 for circulating the snow-melting water from the underground is fitted, the water sprinkling member is formed by forming a recessed part 4 on a back surface 3a as a circular flat plate, drilling an opening 6 having a cylinder 6a in the center of the recessed part 4, joining the back surface of the water sprinkling member to the tip of the upper part 21 of the nozzle body by friction welding, and inserting a flow control valve 9 through the opening of the water sprinkling member, a support member 12 on which the lower end of the flow control valve is seated is fitted to an outlet end 22b of the through-hole which leads to a cavity part, and a recess 12a is provided on the upper surface of the support member 12 to correct the longitudinal length of the nozzle body, which is shortened by friction welding, to match the axial length of the flow control valve, and the lower end of the flow control valve sits in the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消雪ノズル内の流通抵抗が小さい消雪ノズルを得ることと、製作が容易な消雪ノズルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】路面に消雪水を噴出する散水部材3と散水部材が装着されるノズル本体2とよりなる消雪ノズル1であって、ノズル本体は逆円錐形状の空洞部21aよりなる上部21と、地下からの消雪水の流通する導水管16が嵌入する貫通孔22aよりなる下部22とを有し、散水部材は円形平板として裏面3aに凹部4を形成し、凹部4の中央に円筒6aを有する開口6を穿設してなり、散水部材の裏面をノズル本体の上部21の先端に摩擦圧接により接合し、散水部材の開口より流量調整弁9を挿入し、流量調整弁の下端が着座する支持部材12を貫通孔の空洞部への出口端22bに嵌合し、支持部材12の上面に摩擦圧接により短くなるノズル本体の縦方向の長さを流量調整弁の軸長に合致するよう修正する窪み12を設け、窪みに流量調整弁の下端が着座する。【選択図】図1
