COATING MATERIAL REMOVAL SYSTEM
To provide a removal device which can: reduce cost by not requiring a lot of large equipment, prevent clogging of a filter (especially high performance filter) in a short time, perform the removal work continuously for a long time, and reduce replacement cost of the high performance filter, in the removal device for removing asbestos-containing coating material from coating material applied to an outer wall of a building, etc.SOLUTION: A wall coating material removing system 5 comprises: a clean room building 10; a cutting device 40; a first dust collecting device 50 which is connected via the cutting device 40 and the dust collecting hose 110, and exhausts into the clean room building 10; and a second dust collecting device 80 which filters air inside of the clean room building 10 and exhausts it to the outside of the clean room building 10. The second dust collector 80 is provided with a high performance filter such as an HEPA filter. The clean room building 10 is ventilated to the outside by a notch 22a-1 provided in a cover portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物等の外壁に塗られた塗材でアスベストを含有した塗材を除去するための除去装置において、多くの大型の機材を必要としないことによりコストを低減でき、かつ、フィルタ（特に、高性能フィルタ）が短時間で目詰まりするのを防止して、長時間継続して除去作業を行なうことができるとともに、高性能フィルタの交換コストを抑えることができる除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】壁面塗材除去システム５は、クリーンルーム建屋１０と、切削装置４０と、切削装置４０と集塵ホース１１０を介して接続され、クリーンルーム建屋１０内に排気する第１集塵装置５０と、クリーンルーム建屋１０内の空気を濾過してクリーンルーム建屋１０外に排気する第２集塵装置８０とを有し、第２集塵装置８０には、ＨＥＰＡフィルタ等の高性能フィルタが設けられている。クリーンルーム建屋１０は、カバー部２０に設けられた切込み２２ａ−１により外部と通気している。【選択図】図２
