METHOD OF ASSEMBLING WINDOW REGULATOR AND PANEL
To provide a method of assembling a window regulator and a panel which can assemble a window regulator and a panel with a simple structure and steps.SOLUTION: A method of assembling a window regulator and a panel comprises: a first step of supporting a regulator body on the upper surface of a jig by inserting a positioning protrusion of the jig to a first positioning hole of a drum housing in such a state that the bottom of a storage part of the drum housing faces the jig side; a second step of positioning a temporary fixing member of a panel to the first positioning hole of the drum housing with means for positioning the panel and the jig; and a third step of temporarily fixing the regulator body and the panel in such a state that a first fastening hole and a second fastening hole are vertically aligned by inserting the temporary fixing member of the panel to the first positioning hole of the drum housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】簡単な構造及び工程でウインドレギュレータとパネルを組み付けることができるウインドレギュレータとパネルの組付方法を提供する。【解決手段】第１工程では、ドラムハウジングの収容部の底部を治具側に向けた状態で、ドラムハウジングの第１の位置決め孔を治具の位置決め突起に挿入することで、レギュレータ本体を治具の上面に支持する。第２工程では、パネルと治具を位置合わせする手段により、パネルの仮固定部材をドラムハウジングの第１の位置決め孔に位置合わせする。第３工程では、パネルの仮固定部材をドラムハウジングの第１の位置決め孔に挿入することで、第１の締結孔及び第２の締結孔を上下に位置合わせした状態でレギュレータ本体とパネルを仮固定する。【選択図】図６
