To make it possible to unlock a door remotely without the need for a human operation in a living space while maintaining security.SOLUTION: An unlocking device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an image capture unit 11 positioned to be capable of capturing an image of a display unit of a living space device of an intercom system; a call information detection unit 161 to detect information on a call made by the living space device in response to an operation of an entrance device of the intercom system; an authentication condition acquisition unit 163 that acquires an authentication condition; and a living space device operation unit 162 that operates the living space device to unlock an entrance door when the captured image of the display unit captured by the image capture unit after the call information detection unit has detected the information on the call satisfies the authentication condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
