To provide an unlocking device capable of unlocking without requiring a person within a room to manually unlock while ensuring security.SOLUTION: An unlocking device 1 in an embodiment includes: an imaging unit 11 in which a display unit of a room unit of an intercom system is installed at a position where imaging is possible; a call information detection unit 161 that detects call information emitted by a room unit when an entrance machine of the intercom system is operated; a certification condition acquisition unit 163 that acquires certification conditions; and an unlock control unit 164 that is configured so as to, when the pick-up image on the display unit picked up by the imaging unit, which is detected after the call information detection unit has detected the call information, satisfies certification conditions, control a front door to unlock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
