To provide an unlocking device capable of unlocking without requiring a person within a room to manually unlock while ensuring security.SOLUTION: An unlocking device 1 in an embodiment includes: a camera 12 that is mounted on the inside of the entrance door for generating a pick-up image by imaging the area outside a front door through the front door; a certification condition acquisition unit 151 that acquires certification conditions; and an unlock control unit 152 configured so as to, when the pick-up image generated by the camera satisfies the certification conditions, control to unlock the front door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
