To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic susceptor.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic susceptor of the present invention includes the steps of: manufacturing ceramic sheets; laminating the ceramic sheets, and manufacturing a molded body having a laminate structure in which an electrically conductive metal material for an electrode is arranged between the ceramic sheets; and sintering the molded body having the laminate structure. The step of manufacturing the ceramic sheets includes the steps of: obtaining an amorphous first additive powder by heat treatment of a slurry containing MgO, SiO2, and CaO; manufacturing a slurry by blending the first additive powder, a second additive powder containing an MgO powder, and a third additive powder containing a Y2O3 powder to an Al2O3 powder; and forming ceramic sheets by tape casting the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
