To provide a remodeling fitting capable of reducing construction period.SOLUTION: A remodeling fitting 1 has an existing frame 22 disposed at an opening 11 of a building 100, a new frame 32 disposed on an inner peripheral side of the existing frame 22, and an attachment 42 disposed between the existing frame 22 and the new frame 32 below the opening 11. The attachment 42 has a one side fixed portion 422 that extends in an indoor/outdoor direction and is disposed on one side in the indoor/outdoor direction and fixed to the existing frame 22 directly or via an auxiliary material, and a vertical direction position adjustment portion 5 disposed on the other side in the indoor/outdoor direction. The vertical direction position adjustment portion 5 is configured so that vertical position of the attachment 42 with respect to the existing frame 22 can be adjusted and has the other side fixed portion 55 fixed to the existing frame 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
