To provide a heat insulation panel which has a protrusion part for forming a ventilation layer and a groove for drainage, and which can be manufactured at low cost by simplifying a mold used for manufacturing by forming in such a manner that the groove for drainage does not become an undercut part.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation panel 100, protrusion parts 14 are erected at a plurality of places having a required interval on a surface 10 of a tabular body formed by a synthetic resin foam. At a tip surface 16 in the protrusion direction of the protrusion parts 14, at least one recessed groove 17 is formed. Also, the recessed groove 17 is preferably extended in the height direction, and it is preferable that the recessed groove 17 at the protrusion parts 14 adjacent to each other in the height direction is disposed on the same straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通気層を形成する凸部と排水用の溝を有する断熱パネルにおいて、排水用の溝がアンダーカット部にならないように形成することで製造に用いる金型を単純化し、低コストでの製造が可能な断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂発泡体により形成された板状体の正面１０に所要間隔をあけた複数箇所に凸部１４が立設されており、凸部１４の突出方向における先端面１６には少なくとも一本の凹溝１７が形成されていることを特徴とする断熱パネル１００である。また、凹溝１７は、高さ方向に延設されていることが好ましく、高さ方向において互いに隣り合う凸部１４における凹溝１７は同一直線上に配設されていることがより好ましい。【選択図】図１
