To provide a remodeling fitting which can reduce the construction time.SOLUTION: A remodeling fitting 1 comprises: an existing frame 2 which is provided in an opening 11 of a building 100; a new frame 3 which is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the existing frame 2; and an attachment 43 which is arranged between the existing frame 23 and the new frame 33. The attachment 43 includes first fixed parts 433b, 431 which extend in the indoor outer direction and are fixed to at least either of the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3 and a cover part 53 which is arranged on an end on the outdoor side and covers at least a portion of the end on the outdoor side of the new frame 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
