In a portion that becomes a periphery of the shaft member 40 in a base plate part 30a, a detection lever 50 is provided to allow further rotation of the tray member 30 only when abutted on the crescent receiver 11 accompanying the rotation of the tray member 30 to the lock position. A small-diameter part 40a having a diameter smaller than a large-diameter part 40b on a base end side is provided in a part corresponding to the detection lever 50 in the shaft member 40.
