NON-SHRINK CHEMICAL GROUT MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND GROUTING METHODS USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a non-shrink grout material composition and a grouting method using the same, wherein the non-shrink grout material composition comprises: 20 to 60 parts by weight of water; 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent; 10 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 10 to 50 parts by weight of fly ash; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a viscosity agent; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, the grout material composition enables to prevent an occurrence of the number of bleeding by suppressing a material separation, and to improve workability by maintaining high liquidity as well as securing endurance time of the entire structure by securing a filling performance during grouting.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 물 20 내지 60중량부; 수축저감제 0.01 내지 5중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 30중량부; 플라이 애시 10 내지 50중량부; 증점제 0.1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 그라우트재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그라우트재 조성물은 재료분리를 억제하여 블리딩수의 발생을 방지하며, 고유동성을 유지하여 작업성을 높이고, 그라우팅 시공시 충진성능을 확보하여 전체구조물의 내구수명을 확보할 수 있는 블리딩 방지 및 고유동성을 제공한다.
