The present invention relates to a non-shrinkable heat-resistant grout material with reduced cement content, which is capable of satisfying acid resistance, alkali resistance, injection properties, inflow properties, impact resistance, crack resistance, adhesion, and storage properties at the same time while reducing an amount of cement used, and in particular, to a non-shrinkable heat-resistant grout material with reduced cement content, which can be applied so that there is no transformation while having acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance and crack resistance in power plants, petrochemical plants, textile chemical plants, etc., operated at high temperature of 300 to 800°C.
본 발명은 시멘트의 사용량을 줄이면서도 내산성, 내알카리성, 주입성, 유입성, 내충격성, 내크랙성, 부착성, 및 저장성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 시멘트 함량을 저감시킨 무수축 내열 그라우트재 관한 것으로서, 특히, 300 내지 800℃ 고온에서 운전되는 발전소, 석유화학공장, 섬유화학공장 등에서 내산성, 내알카리성, 내충격성, 내크랙성을 갖고 변형이 없도록 적용될 수 있는 시멘트 함량을 저감시킨 무수축 내열 그라우트재에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 시멘트의 사용량을 줄이면서도 내산성, 내알카리성, 주입성, 유입성, 내충격성, 내크랙성, 부착성, 및 저장성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 시멘트 함량을 저감시킨 무수축 내열 그라우트재 관한 것으로서, 특히, 300 내지 800℃ 고온에서 운전되는 발전소, 석유화학공장, 섬유화학공장 등에서 내산성, 내알카리성, 내충격성, 내크랙성을 갖고 변형이 없도록 적용될 수 있는 시멘트 함량을 저감시킨 무수축 내열 그라우트재에 관한 것이다.
