Disclosed is a rotational foldable wheel noise barrier for reducing noise of a subway vehicle. The rotational foldable wheel noise barrier for reducing noise of a subway vehicle, capable of blocking noise generated between a wheel and a rail during operation of a vehicle comprises: a first noise barrier disposed to face a first rail of two rails; and a second noise barrier disposed to face a second rail of the two rails. The first and second noise barriers include a soundproof member formed of at least one layer and including a noise blocking member having an inner space into which noise generated between the wheel and the rail is introduced and a noise introduction member disposed at the front of the noise blocking member to guide the noise to move toward the noise blocking member. The noise blocking member on each layer is rotationally folded toward the ground.
