Disclosed are a railway wheel rolling noise-absorbing system, and a construction method thereof. The railway wheel rolling noise-absorbing system comprises: a plurality of concrete constructions disposed below a first rail and a second rail and arranged in a longitudinal direction of the first rail and the second rail to support the first rail and the second rail, or a plurality of sleepers supporting the first rail and the second rail; and a plurality of resonance sound absorbing plates installed to make surface contact with or be adjacent to the concrete constructions. Each of the resonance sound absorbing plate includes a main chamber having a plurality of first noise inflow holes in an outer surface, and perforated plates spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other in an internal space of the main chamber having a plurality of second noise inflow holes.
철도차륜 전동소음 흡음 시스템 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다. 상기 철도차륜 전동소음 흡음 시스템은 제1 레일 및 제2 레일의 아래에 배치되고 상기 제1 레일 및 제2 레일의 길이방향을 따라 배열되어 상기 제1 레일 및 제2 레일 또는 상기 제1 레일 및 제2 레일을 지지하는 다수의 침목을 지지하는 복수의 콘크리트구조물; 및 상기 복수의 콘크리트구조물과 면접하거나 인접하도록 설치된 복수의 공명흡음판을 포함하고, 상기 공명흡음판은 외면에 다수의 제1 소음유입구멍이 형성된 메인챔버와, 상기 메인챔버의 내부공간에서 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 배치되어 있고 다수의 제2 소음유입구멍이 형성된 다공판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
