High Early Strength Concrete Composition Using Seaweeds and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high early strength concrete composition using seaweeds. The high early strength concrete composition, on the basis of 100 parts thereof, comprises: 3 to 20 parts by weight of seaweeds; 20 to 80 parts by weight of an acrylic resin; 10 to 1,000 parts by weigh of an aggregate; 10 to 70 parts by weight of ash; 10 to 70 parts by weigh of blast furnace slag; 10 to 70 parts by weight of silica fume; 10 to 60 parts by weigh of silica powder; 10 to 60 parts by weight of metakaolin; 10 to 50 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a retardant; 5 to 20 parts by weight of powder; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high function water reducing agent. The high early strength concrete composition according to the present invention can be applied not only to high-rise buildings, large structures, and bridge posts but also to various sorts of civil engineering and/or architectural works including repairing, reinforcement, cut slope works, and slope grading works.
본 발명은 100중량부를 기준으로, 해조류 3 내지 20중량부; 아크릴계 수지 20 내지 80중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 애시 10 내지 70중량부; 고로슬래그 10 내지 70중량부; 실리카 퓸 10 내지 70중량부; 실리카 파우더 10 내지 60중량부; 메타카올린 10 내지 60중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 50중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 분체 5 내지 20중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 해조류를 이용한 조강 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 조강 콘크리트 조성물은 고층 건물, 대형 건축물, 교각뿐만 아니라 고강도성을 요구하는 보수, 보강, 절개면, 사면정리 등 각종 토목 및/또는 건축공사에 적용 가능하다.
