PC ECO-FRIENDLY AND HIGHLY DURABLE NON-SHRINK GROUT COMPOSITION FOR PC CHARGE AND REINFORCEMENT
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly, highly durable, non-shrinking grout composition for PC filling and reinforcement. The present invention comprises: a cement binder; an admixture binder mixed with 5 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a fine aggregate mixed with 20 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; an expansion member mixed with 1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a water-soluble polymer mixed with 1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a high-performance water reducing agent mixed with 0.01 to 2 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; and a reinforcement member mixed with 0.01 to 2 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder. According to the present invention, by using the binder composed of the cement binder, admixture binder, fine aggregate, expansion member, water-soluble polymer, high-performance water reducing agent and reinforcement member, it is possible to provide the eco-friendly, highly durable, non-shrinking grout composition for PC filling and reinforcement, in order to repair a PC member joint part and a bottom of a machine foundation in the heavy industry process such as a bridge shoe of a bridge or a ship, an automobile, and the like.
본 발명은 PC 충전 및 보강용 친환경 고내구성 무수축 그라우트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 5~30중량부가 혼합되는 혼화재 결합재와; 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 20~30중량부가 혼합되는 잔골재와; 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 1~20중량부가 혼합되는 팽창재와; 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 1~20중량부가 혼합되는 수용성 폴리머와; 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 0.01~2중량부가 혼합되는 고성능 감수제; 및 상기 시멘트 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 0.01~2중량부가 혼합되는 보강재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 시멘트 바인더와 혼화재 결합재, 잔골재, 팽창재, 수용성 폴리머, 고성능 감수제 및 보강재로 이루어진 결합재를 사용하여, PC부재 조인트 부분 및 교량의 교각부 슈(shoe)나 선박, 자동차 등 중공업 공정에서 기계기초의 하부를 충전ㅇ보수하기 위해, 무수축성 및 고강도성, 고유동성, 우수한 내구성을 가지는 PC 충전 및 보강용 친환경 고내구성 무수축 그라우트 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly, highly durable, non-shrinking grout composition for PC filling and reinforcement. The present invention comprises: a cement binder; an admixture binder mixed with 5 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a fine aggregate mixed with 20 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; an expansion member mixed with 1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a water-soluble polymer mixed with 1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; a high-performance water reducing agent mixed with 0.01 to 2 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder; and a reinforcement member mixed with 0.01 to 2 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement binder. According to the present invention, by using the binder composed of the cement binder, admixture binder, fine aggregate, expansion member, water-soluble polymer, high-performance water reducing agent and reinforcement member, it is possible to provide the eco-friendly, highly durable, non-shrinking grout composition for PC filling and reinforcement, in order to repair a PC member joint part and a bottom of a machine foundation in the heavy industry process such as a bridge shoe of a bridge or a ship, an automobile, and the like.
