According to the present invention, an air introducing pipe of a ventilation system for an insulation and waterproof structure of an apartment house includes: a first air introducing pipe introducing air into a first layer; a second air introducing pipe introducing air into a second layer; and an air distributor controlling the air supplied to the first air introducing pipe and the second air introducing pipe, wherein the air distributor supplies air thereto in a first supply state of supplying the air through the first air introducing pipe and in a second supply state of supplying the air togethere through the first air introducing pipe and the second air introducing pipe.
본 발명에 따른 공동주택 단열 및 방수구조를 위한 환기시스템의 에어 유입관은 상기 제1층에 에어를 유입시키는 제1 에어 유입관과, 상기 제2층에 에어를 유입시키는 제2 에어 유입관을 포함하고, 상기 제1 에어 유입관과 상기 제2 에어 유입관으로 공급되는 에어를 각각 단속하는 에어분배기를 포함하되, 상기 에어분배기는 상기 제1 에어 유입관을 통하여 에어를 공급하는 제1 공급상태와, 상기 제1 에어 유입관 및 상기 제2 유입관을 통하여 에어를 함께 공급하는 제2 공급상태로 에어를 공급한다.

본 발명에 따른 공동주택 단열 및 방수구조를 위한 환기시스템의 에어 유입관은 상기 제1층에 에어를 유입시키는 제1 에어 유입관과, 상기 제2층에 에어를 유입시키는 제2 에어 유입관을 포함하고, 상기 제1 에어 유입관과 상기 제2 에어 유입관으로 공급되는 에어를 각각 단속하는 에어분배기를 포함하되, 상기 에어분배기는 상기 제1 에어 유입관을 통하여 에어를 공급하는 제1 공급상태와, 상기 제1 에어 유입관 및 상기 제2 유입관을 통하여 에어를 함께 공급하는 제2 공급상태로 에어를 공급한다.
