Disclosed is a low pressure insulating layer structure for a waterproofing structure of an underground parking lot in an apartment building. The low pressure insulating layer structure for a waterproofing structure of an underground parking lot in an apartment building includes: a base layer part; an insulating layer part formed on an upper portion of the base layer part; a low pressure insulating layer having a low pressure insulating lower layer part disposed on an upper portion of the insulating layer part, a low pressure insulating upper layer part disposed on an upper portion of the low pressure insulating lower layer part, and a support member disposed between the low pressure insulating lower layer part and the low pressure insulating upper layer part to support load of the upper part transferred through the low pressure insulating upper layer part; a partition member blocking the support member to form a series of passages to make air circulate in an inner space of the low pressure insulating layer; a control unit for maintaining and controlling the low pressure insulating layer at low pressure; and a waterproofing layer part disposed on the upper portion of the low pressure insulating layer. The low pressure insulating layer includes: a water discharge part for discharging moisture in the low pressure insulating layer to the outside; a ventilation part for ventilating air in the low pressure insulating layer; and a heating part for heating air introduced into the low pressure insulating layer through the ventilation part. The passages partitioned by the partition member have cross sectional areas, in longitudinal section, which are smaller in order of the vertex, the edge and the center of the low pressure insulating layer.
본 발명에 따른 공동주택 지하주차장 방수구조를 위한 저압 단열층 구조는 베이스 층부; 상기 베이스 층부 상부에 단열 소재의 층으로 형성되는 단열층부; 상기 단열층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 저층부과, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 상층부와, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부와 상기 저압 단열층 상층부 사이에 구비되어 상기 저압 단열층 상층부를 통하여 전달되는 상부의 하중을 지지하는 지지부재를 구비하는 저압 단열층; 상기 지지부재 사이를 가로막아 상기 저압 단열층 내측 공간을 에어가 순환하는 일련의 유로를 형성하는 구획부재; 상기 저압 단열층을 저압으로 유지시키도록 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 저압 단열층 상부에 구비되는 방수층부;를 포함하고, 상기 저압 단열층은, 상기 저압 단열층 내의 수분을 외부로 배출하는 물기 배출부; 상기 저압 단열층 내의 환기를 단속하는 환기부; 및 상기 환기부를 통하여 상기 저압 단열층 내로 유입되는 공기를 가열하는 가열부;를 포함하고, 상기 구획부재에 의하여 구획되는 유로는 종단면을 기준으로 하는 단면적이 상기 저압 단열층의 꼭지점, 모서리 및 중앙측의 순으로 적게 형성된다.
