Dual heatinsulation layer for underground parking of apartment houses

The present invention relates to a double insulation and waterproof structure of an underground parking lot of an apartment, the structure comprising: an insulation layer made of insulation material and formed on a base layer; a low-pressure insulation layer having a lower layer formed on the insulation layer portion, a middle layer portion formed on the lower layer portion, an upper layer portion formed on the middle layer portion, and a support member formed on a first layer between the lower layer portion and the middle layer portion and also formed on a second layer between the middle layer portion and the upper layer portion, to support a load of the upper portion transmitted through the upper layer portion; a control part for controlling the low-pressure insulation layer at low pressure; and a waterproof layer formed on the low-pressure insulation layer. The low-pressure insulation layer has a water discharge portion for discharging water outwardly from the low-pressure insulation layer, a ventilation portion for interrupting ventilation in the low-pressure insulation layer, and a heating portion for heating air flowing in the low-pressure insulation layer through the ventilation portion.

본 발명에 따른 공동주택 지하주차장 이중 단열 및 방수구조는 상기 베이스 층부 상부에 단열 소재의 층으로 형성되는 단열층부; 상기 단열층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 저층부과, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 중층부와, 상기 저압 단열층 중층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 상층부와, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부와 상기 저압 단열층 중층부 사이의 제1층에 구비되고 동시에 상기 저압 단열층 중층부와 상기 저압 단열층 상층부 사이의 제2층에 각각 구비되어 상기 저압 단열층 상층부를 통하여 전달되는 상부의 하중을 지지하는 지지부재를 구비하는 저압 단열층; 상기 저압 단열층을 저압으로 유지시키도록 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 저압 단열층 상부에 구비되는 방수층부;를 포함하고, 상기 저압 단열층은, 상기 저압 단열층의 수분을 외부로 배출하는 물기 배출부; 상기 저압 단열층 내의 환기를 단속하는 환기부; 및 상기 환기부를 통하여 상기 저압 단열층 내로 유입되는 공기를 가열하는 가열부;를 포함한다.
