The present invention provides a cross-section repairing mortar composition composed of: 80-120 parts by weight of silica; 40-100 parts by weight of limestone; 1-15 parts by weight of calcium sulfate anhydride; 2-20 parts by weight of fibers; 10-50 parts by weight of meta methyl acrylate; 5-20 parts by weight of silica fume; 5-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5-30 parts by weight of an anti-stripping agent; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion improver; 3-20 parts by weight of a thickener; 0.5-5 parts by weight of an anti-forming agent; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a water-reducing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement, and also relates to a constructing method for the composition. Therefore, the cross-section repairing mortar composition can improve a working environment, reduce environmental contamination, have strength equivalent to or greater than the existing cement, prevent salt damage and neutralization, and improve surface protection and durability, thereby being easily applied to a place of use.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 실리카 80 내지 120중량부; 석회석 40 내지 100중량부; 황산칼슘 무수물 1 내지 15중량부; 파이버 2 내지 20중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 10 내지 50중량부; 실리카퓸 5 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 20중량부; 박리방리제 5 내지 30중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 3 내지 20중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 염해방지 및 중성화를 방지할 수 있고, 표면보호 및 내구성을 증진시켜 사용처에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
