Eco-Friendly Polymer Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for repairing a cross-section, and a cross-section repairing method using the same, wherein the eco-friendly polymer mortar composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 10-50 parts by weight of a polymer; 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 5-20 parts by weight of natural cellulose fibers; 3-8 parts by weight of silica fume; 5-30 parts by weight of metakaolin; 5-20 parts by weight of silicon oxide; 10-30 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 2-10 parts by weight of gypsum; 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 3-15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1-10 parts by weight of a thickener; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a retarder; and 0.01-5 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for repairing a cross-section is capable of improving a working environment and reducing environmental contamination while having the same or greater strength compared to existing cement.

본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리머 10 내지 50중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 천연셀룰로오스 섬유 5 내지 20중량부; 실리카퓸 3 내지 8중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 산화규소 5 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 30중량부; 석고 2 내지 10중량부; 안정제 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 친환경 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
