MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD OF BLIND SLAT
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a blind slat, and an objective of the present invention is to conveniently manufacture a blind slat, mass-produce the blind slat in various patterns, maintain the stability of the shape of the slot itself, and reduce manufacturing costs. In order to solve the problems, the method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a band sheet by cutting a sheet such as raw fabric or non-woven fabric at a predetermined width; obtaining the band sheet, to which a thermoplastic adhesive is applied, by applying the adhesive to one side of the band sheet and cooling and drying the adhesive; obtaining a dual bending band sheet by bending the band sheet in stages through a plurality of bending dies; obtaining the dual bonding band sheet by heating the dual bending band sheet, fusing the adhesive, and pressing and cooling the dual bending band sheet with bonding rollers; and cutting and processing the dual bonding band sheet so that the dual bonding band sheet may be used as a blind slat.
본 발명은 블라인드용 슬랫의 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 제작이 간편하고, 다양한 문양으로 양산이 가능케 하고, 슬랫 자체의 형태안정성이 유지되게 할 뿐 아니라, 제작비용을 절감할 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 원단이나 부직포와 같은 시트를 설정된 폭으로 재단하여 밴드시트를 얻고, 상기 밴드시트 일측에 열가소성인 접착제를 도포시킨 다음, 냉각건조시켜 접착제가 도포된 밴드시트를 얻고, 상기 밴드시트를 다수개의 절곡금형을 통하여 단계적으로 절곡하여 이중절곡밴드시트를 얻고, 상기 이중절곡밴드시트를 가열하여 접착제를 용융시킨 다음 접합롤러로 가압하고 냉각시켜 이중접합밴드시트를 얻고, 상기 이중접합밴드시트를 재단하고 가공하여 블라인드용 슬랫으로 사용할 수 있게 한 것이다.
