SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING NOISE BETWEEN STAIRS OF APARTMENT HOUSE WITH INSTALLATION STRUCTURE IMPROVED
The present invention relates to an interfloor noise prevention system of an apartment house with an improved installation structure, and more specifically, to an interfloor noise prevention system of an apartment house, which may prevent noise generated at the upper floor from being delivered to the lower floor by means of the concrete slab of an apartment house. To this end, the present invention relates to the installation structure, which is characterized by comprising: a noise absorption plate which is installed at the upper surface of the concrete slab; a first sonic vibration blocking plate which is installed at the upper surface of the noise absorption plate; a hollow fiber nonwoven fabric layer which is installed at the upper surface of the first sonic vibration blocking plate; a second sonic vibration blocking plate which is installed at the upper surface of the hollow fiber nonwoven fabric layer; an impact buffering vibration dampening plate which is installed at the upper surface of the second sonic vibration blocking plate; a mortar layer which is installed at the upper surface of the impact buffering vibration dampening plate, and in which a heating hot water pipe is installed; and a floor finishing material which is installed at the upper surface of the mortar layer. According to the present invention, a structural design by means of impact buffering and vibration damping functions and a structural design by means of a noise absorption function may be applied to the slab of an apartment house, such that the installation structure thereof may block and prevent interfloor noise generated at the upper floor of an apartment house from being delivered to the lower floor. Furthermore, a lightweight impact noise and a heavyweight impact noise may be reduced and blocked, thereby improving performance by means of interfloor noise prevention compared to prior art.
본 발명은 개선된 설치구조를 갖는 공동주택의 층간소음방지 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 공동주택의 콘크리트 슬래브를 통하여 상층에서 발생된 소음이 하층으로 전달되는 것을 방지하기 위한 공동주택의 층간소음방지 시스템에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 슬래브의 상면에 설치되는 흡음판; 상기 흡읍판의 상면에 설치되는 제1음파진동차단판; 상기 제1음파진동차단판의 상면에 설치되는 중공섬유부직포층; 상기 중공섬유부직포층의 상면에 설치되는 제2음파진동차단판; 상기 제2음파진동차단판의 상면에 설치되는 충격완충방진판; 상기 충격완충방진판의 상면에 설치되고, 난방용 온수파이프가 내설된 모르타르층; 상기 모르타르층의 상면에 설치되는 바닥마감재; 를 포함하는 설치구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 공동주택의 슬래브 상에 완충 및 방진기능에 의한 구조설계와 흡음기능에 의한 구조설계를 접목하여 설치구조를 통해 공동주택의 상층에서 발생되는 층간소음에 대한 하층으로의 전달을 차단 및 방지할 수 있으며, 경량충격음 및 중량충격음까지 저감 및 차단하는 등 기존에 비해 층간소음방지에 따른 성능을 높일 수 있는

The present invention relates to an interfloor noise prevention system of an apartment house with an improved installation structure, and more specifically, to an interfloor noise prevention system of an apartment house, which may prevent noise generated at the upper floor from being delivered to the lower floor by means of the concrete slab of an apartment house. According to the present invention, a structural design by means of impact buffering and vibration damping functions and a structural design by means of a noise absorption function may be applied to the slab of an apartment house, such that the installation structure thereof may block and prevent interfloor noise generated at the upper floor of an apartment house from being delivered to the lower floor.
