본 발명은 공동주택의 소음방지용 다목적룸 구조 및 그의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 거푸집 및 형틀을 사용해서 배근 및 타설 시공된 골조부와, 백업재가 설치된 백업재부와, 방화코킹재가 설치된 방화코킹부와, 층간차음재가 시공된 차음재부와, 몰탈이 타설 시공된 몰탈부와, 바닥재가 시공된 바닥재부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 공동주택의 주거공간과 별도의 공간으로 소음방지용 다목적룸 구조를 시공함으로써, 신평면의 다목적룸을 형성하고 여기에서 발생되는 중량충격음과 경량충격음이 거주공간으로의 소음 및 충격의 전달이나 소음의 이동경로를 차단할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose room structure for noise prevention in an apartment complex and a construction method thereof, comprising: a framework part that is reinforced and poured using molds and mold frames; a backup material part where a backup material is installed; a fireproof caulking part where a fireproof caulking material is installed; a sound insulating material part where an interfloor sound insulating material is installed; a mortar part where mortar is poured; and a flooring material part where a flooring material is installed. Therefore, the present invention constructs the multi-purpose room structure for noise prevention in a separate space from a residential space of an apartment complex, thereby forming a multi-purpose room of new square-meter unit. Accordingly, heavy impact sound and light impact sound generated here have an effect of blocking transmission of noise and impact to a living space or a movement path of the noise.
