본 발명은 가두리 양식장용 차광장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 여, 패류를 양식하는 공간을 제공하는 가두리 양식장의 상측 개방된 부분에 설치되어 각종 해양 오염물과 먼지 등으로부터 차단하며, 햇빛을 차단해 수온의 상승과 적조현상을 방지하고 어, 패류를 보호할 수 있도록 하는 가두리 양식장용 차광장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 어, 폐류를 저장하는 어망이 설치된 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상측으로 설치되어 햇빛을 차단하는 차양판을 포함하는 가두리 양식장으로 이루어지되;상기 프레임의 상측으로 고정부재가 설치되며, 상기 고정부재의 상측에는 양쪽으로 이등분된 회전 그늘막이 설치되는 것을 포함하고;상기 회전 그늘막은 프레임의 절반을 덮어 보호할 수 있는 크기의 차양판으로 이루어지며, 상기 차양판은 중심에서 한쪽으로 치우치게 회전축에 서로 다른 폭으로 연결되어 햇빛을 차단하도록 설치하고, 상기 고정부재의 상측에 회전축의 양쪽을 고정시켜 회전이 자유롭게 베어링과 결합하는 차광장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
