PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR SUPPORTING OFFSHORE STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a pile for supporting an offshore structure. When the pile for supporting the offshore structure is constructed, the pile is provided with an additional load to be interpenetrated into the seafloor with a sufficient depth without a separate supporter such that the pile can rapidly and completely be constructed because bucking is not generated when the pile is driven. The pile constructing method to install the pile for supporting the offshore structure on the seafloor comprises: a step of inserting the additional load into the pipe; a step of connecting an internal lifting tool (ILT) to an end of the pile; a step of refloating the pile using a crane connected to the upper part of the ILT; a step of interpenetrating the pile into the seafloor by moving the crane downward; a step of removing the additional load and the ILT after the interpenetration is finished; and a step of driving the upper part of the pile where the ILT is removed to be positioned at a designed depth by a pile driver.

본 발명은 해양 구조물 지지용 파일 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 해양구조물의 해저 지지용 파일 시공시 별도의 지지대 없이 파일이 충분한 깊이로 해저에 관입되도록 파일에 추가 하중을 제공하여 시공함으로써 항타시 좌굴형상이 발생하지 않아 신속하게 파일 시공이 완료될수 있는 방법을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 해양구조물 지지용 파일을 해저에 설치하는 파일 시공방법에 있어서, 파일 내부에 추가하중을 장입하는 단계와; ILT(Internal Lifting Tool)를 파일의 끝단에 연결하는 단계와; 크레인을 상기 ILT 상부에 연결하여 파일을 인양하는 단계와; 크레인을 하강시켜 파일을 해저면에 관입시키는 단계와; 관입이 끝나면 추가 하중과 ILT를 제거하는 단계와; ILT가 제거된 파일의 상부를 항타기를 이용하여 설계심도까지 항타하는 단계;를 포함하는 해양 구조물 지지용 파일 시공방법을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
