The present invention relates to a construction apparatus to improve a roadbed while running on a railroad line. The construction apparatus to improve the roadbed while running on the railroad line comprises: a side support device wherein vertical support members are vertically installed in both sides of a railroad line on which rail tracks are temporarily installed at regular intervals, and a plurality of H-beams installed in the vertical support members in a transverse direction; a transverse pressure support device to connect and support the H-beams and one side of the rail tracks; a track skeleton maintaining device to maintain a transverse distance between both rail tracks; a load support device including a cradle to support both rail tracks, and a rail support device mounted on an upper portion of the cradle, and supported on a lower portion of the rail tracks to adjust a height; a plurality of concrete structures provided with a track coupling unit formed on both sides of an upper portion thereof on which both rail tracks are seated, arranged on the lower portion of the rail tracks at regular intervals, and supported on an upper surface of the cradle; and a form installed in the cradle and outside of both sides of the concrete structures, forming a space to pour concrete.
본 발명은 철도 선로 운행 중 도상 개량 시공장치에 관한 것으로, 레일 궤도가 가설된 철도 선로의 양측에 수직버팀재를 일정간격으로 수직되게 설치하고, 상기 수직버팀재에 횡방향으로 설치되는 다수의 H형 빔으로 구성되는 측면지지장치; 상기 H형 빔과 레일 궤도의 일측을 연결하여 지지하는 횡압지지장치; 양측 레일 궤도의 횡간 거리를 유지하는 궤광유지장치; 양측 레일 궤도를 지지하는 수대와, 수대의 상부에 장착되며 레일 궤도의 하부에 지지되어 높이를 조정하는 레일지지장치로 구성되는 하중지지장치; 상기 양측 레일 궤도가 안착되는 궤도체결부가 상부 양측에 형성되어 레일 궤도의 하부에 일정 간격으로 배치되며 상기 수대의 상면에 지지되는 다수의 콘크리트 구조물; 상기 수대 및 다수의 콘크리트 구조물의 양쪽 외부에 설치되며, 콘크리트를 타설하도록 공간을 형성하는 거푸집;을 포함하여 구성된다.
