FLOOR PAPER MADE BY KOREAN PAPER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention aims to provide a floor paper made by a Korean paper, which can be easily handled by a worker, is easily constructed and has few risks of damage due to expansion or contraction, and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor paper made by the Korean paper comprises: a Korean paper plate on which a plurality of paper sheets are superimposed; a mineral layer on which particles of mineral are coated on the surface of the Korean paper plate; and a kenaf board attached to the lower surface of the Korean paper plate and formed by mixing kenaf and a fiber. The floor paper made by the Korean paper according to the present invention has a sandwiched structure, in which the upper surface and the lower surface of the Korean paper plate reinforced by resin impregnation are coated with the mineral layer and the kenaf board, respectively, to have excellent strength, to be easily handled by the worker, to be easily constructed and to dramatically shorten air required for construction.
본 발명은 작업자가 다루기 쉽고 시공이 쉬우며, 팽창이나 수축에 의한 손상 위험이 적은 한지장판과 그 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 한지장판은, 복수의 한지가 겹쳐진 한지판과, 한지판의 상면에 광물의 입자가 코팅되어 형성된 광물층과, 한지판의 하면에 부착되고 양마(kenaf)와 섬유가 혼합되어 이루어진 양마 보드를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 한지장판은 수지 함침으로 강화된 한지판의 상면 및 하면이 광물층 및 양마 보드로 각각 덮인 샌드위치 구조로 이루어져, 강도가 우수하고, 작업자가 다루기 용이하고, 시공이 쉬우며, 시공에 필요한 공기를 획기적으로 단축할 수 있다.
