Groutable waterstop and construction method
The present invention relates to a water stop plate for grout injection and an underground continuous wall construction method using the same which can fill hydrophilic and water-swelling water stop materials or grout having excellent filling properties via a water stop plate installed on a construction joint of a concrete structure. The water stop plate (200) is installed on a construction joint (110) of a concrete structure to construct an underground continuous wall, and comprises: an extension member (204a, 204b) installed on both sides (left and right directions) of a center of a body having a penetrated hole (202a) therein by a prescribed width (length); a grout filling unit (207) formed on both ends of the extension member (204a, 204b), to which a water-swelling water stop material is extruded; a plurality of grout spurting holes (207b, 207b, 207b, ...) arranged on the grout filling unit (207) and connected to an inner hole (207a) in an axial direction and a longitudinal direction to fill a gap (crevice) of the construction joint (110) with the water stop material extruded to the grout filling unit (207); a tube connector (208) detachable and attachable to a front end of the grout filling unit (207); and a grout filler (500) having a tube hose (510) coupled to the tube connector (208) to extrude and transport the water-swelling water stop material.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 시공이음부에 설치되는 지수판을 매개로 충전성(充塡性)이 좋은 친수성 수팽창성 지수재 혹은 그라우트(Grout)를 충전할 수 있는 그라우트 주입형 지수판과 이를 이용한 지중연속벽 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 콘크리트 구조물의 시공이음부(110)에 지수판(200)을 설치하여 지중연속벽을 시공함에 있어서, 상기 지수판(200)은 내측에 구멍(202a)이 관통되는 몸체(202)의 중심부 양쪽(좌,우방향)으로 일정 폭(길이)만큼 연장부재(204a,204b)가 연설되고, 상기 연장부재(204a,204b)의 양끝단에 수팽창성 지수재가 압출되는 그라우트충전부(207)가 형성되고, 상기 그라우트충전부(207)에는 축방향과 길이방향으로 다수의 그라우트분출공(207b, 207b, 207b,…)이 내측 구멍(207a)과 연통되어 상기 그라우트충전부(207)로 압출되는 지수재가 시공이음부(110)의 공극(틈새)을 메우도록 되고, 상기 그라우트충전부(207)의 선단부에 탈,부착 가능한 튜브연결구(208)와, 상기 튜브연결구(208)에 결합되는 튜브호스(510)가 구비되어 수팽창성 지수재를 압출 이송하는 그라우트충전기(500)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
