The present invention relates to a semi-noncombustible heat insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular according to the present invention, as the semi-noncombustible heat insulating material comprising a heat insulating material layer and a surface layer, a nonwoven fabric is bonded to a cover layer of the surface layer. The nonwoven fabric comprises a flame retardant coating layer coated with a curved mixture comprising: a) graphite; b) a binder; c) sugar; and d) calcium carbonate. According to the present invention, the semi-noncombustible insulating material and the manufacturing method of the semi-noncombustible insulating material which can be manufactured with high productivity. The semi-noncombustible insulating material is with excellent flame retardancy, with excellent waterproof properties, can significantly reduce generation of harmful gases in case of fire, with excellent thermal insulation properties, is lightweight and easy to be installed, with excellent strength, with a beautiful appearance, and durable. A method of manufacturing a semi-non-combustible insulating material that can be manufactured with high productivity can be provided.
본 발명은 준불연 단열재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 단열재층과 표면층을 포함하는 준불연 단열재로서, 상기 표면층은 표지층에 부직포가 결합되며, 상기 부직포에 a) 그라파이트; b) 바인더; c) 설탕; 및 d) 탄산칼슘;의 혼합액이 코팅 경화된 난연코팅층을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 준불연 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 난연성이 우수하며, 방수성이 우수하며, 화재발생시 유해가스의 발생을 현저히 줄일 수 있으며, 단열성이 우수하며, 경량으로 단열재의 설치가 용이하며, 강도가 우수하며, 외관이 수려하며, 동시에 내구성이 우수한 준불연 단열재 및 이를 생산성이 높게 제조할 수 있는 준불연 단열재의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
