A semi-nonflammable insulation material and manufacturing method for it
The present invention relates to a semi-non-combustible insulation material and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the semi-non-combustible insulation material comprises: (a) an insulating material layer; and (b) a surface layer having a paper layer, a first aluminum sheet layer, a first glass mat layer, a flame retardant felt layer, a second glass mat layer, and a second aluminum sheet layer sequentially provided on a surface of the insulating material layer. According to the present invention, the present invention can provide the semi-non-combustible insulation material, and a manufacturing method of the semi-non-combustible insulation material of which productivity can be increased, wherein the semi-non-combustible insulation material has excellent thermal insulation properties, has excellent waterproof properties, can significantly reduce generation of harmful gases in an event of a fire, is lightweight and easy to be installed, has excellent strength, has beautiful appearance, has excellent durability, and more specifically, has significant flame retardancy to be used as a filling material of a fire door.
본 발명은 준불연 단열재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 a) 단열재층; b) 상기 단열재층의 표면에 순차적으로 종이층 - 제1 알루미늄 시트층 - 제1 글라스매트층 - 난연 펠트층- 제2 글라스매트층 - 제2 알루미늄 시트층이 구비된 표면층을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 준불연 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 단열성이 우수하며, 방수성이 우수하며, 화재발생시 유해가스의 발생을 현저히 줄일 수 있으며, 경량으로 단열재의 설치가 용이하며, 강도가 우수하며, 외관이 수려하며, 동시에 내구성이 우수하며, 특히 난연성이 현저히 우수하여 방화문의 충진제로도 사용이 가능한 준불연 단열재 및 이를 생산성이 높게 제조할 수 있는 준불연 단열재의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
