The present invention relates to a semi-noncombustible foamed polystyrene insulation material and a manufacturing method thereof. The insulation material comprises: an oxidation preventing layer; a semi-noncombustible layer provided on top of the oxidation preventing layer; an adhesive layer provided on top of the semi-noncombustible layer; an insulation layer provided on top of the adhesive layer; an adhesive layer provided on top of the insulation layer; a semi-noncombustible layer provided on top of the adhesive layer; and an oxidation preventing layer provided on top of the semi-noncombustible layer. The insulation material has excellent flame retardant and insulting properties, can be used as an environmental insulation, and has excellent durability by improving adhesive force between a foamed polystyrene and an aluminum foil.
본 발명은 준불연 발포 폴리스티렌 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 산화방지막; 상기 산화방지막의 상부에 구비되는 준불연층; 상기 준불연층의 상부에 구비되는 접착층; 상기 접착층의 상부에 구비되는 단열층; 상기 단열층의 상부에 구비되는 접착층; 상기 접착층의 상부에 구비되는 준불연층; 및 상기 준불연층의 상부에 구비되는 산화방지막; 을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 난연성 및 단열성이 우수하면서도 친환경 단열재로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 발포 폴리스티렌과 알루미늄 호일의 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있어 내구성이 우수한 장점이 있다.
