[과제] 대기 분위기 하에서 소성 가능하고, 생체 및 환경 부하가 높은 원소를 실질적으로 포함하지 않고, 흑색 또는 농회색을 나타내고, 또한 저저항인 알루미나 소결체 및 그 알루미나 소결체를 사용한 정전 척을 제공한다. [해결수단] Al2O3의 함유율이 85질량% 이상인 알루미나 소결체로서, Fe를 Fe2O3 환산으로 0.7질량% 이상 6.6질량% 이하, Ti를 TiO2 환산으로 1질량% 이상 5질량% 이하, Si를 SiO2 환산으로 1질량% 이상 5질량% 이하, Y를 Y2O3 환산으로 0.1질량% 이상 9질량% 이하 함유한다. 이 알루미나 소결체를 정전 척에 있어서 탑재판(1)에 사용한다.
To provide an alumina sintered body that can be fired in the atmosphere, is virtually free of elements having a high burden on living organisms and environment, exhibits a black or dark gray color, and has low resistance, and an electrostatic chuck using the alumina sintered body.SOLUTION: The alumina sintered body contains Al2O3 of 85 mass% or more, in which Fe of 0.7 mass% or more and 6.6 mass% or less in terms of Fe2O3, Ti of 1 mass% or more and 5 mass% or less in terms of TiO2, Si of 1 mass% or more and to 5 mass% or less in terms of SiO2, and Y of 0.1 mass% or more and 9 mass% or less in terms of Y2O3 are contained.
