A conventional technique in which a target point sequence is generated without considering the work content of a constructing machine suffers from the problem that the actual track of the constructing machine may significantly deviate from the target point sequence, depending on the work content of the constructing machine. The work control method according to the present invention comprises a target point setting step (S1) for generating, on the basis of work content information, a work target point sequence indicating a target track on which target points a constructing machine is to move to are plotted, and a constructing machine control step (S2) for controlling the constructing machine in accordance with the work target point sequence.
