High level 3/4-mi road formed by two steel viaducts; one 972 ft long with 11 spans, other 1610 ft long with 17 spans; River Neath crossing in center of longer viaduct comprises 3-span bridge which gives clearance of 90 ft above high water level; steel members of viaduct superstructures are riveted.
