The invention discloses an intelligent deceleration strip based on a shear thickening fluid. The intelligent deceleration strip based on the shear thickening fluid can automatically change external rigidity according to vehicle speed and comprises a deceleration strip protrusion portion, a supporting spring, a piston rod, a piston and a rigid body, wherein through holes are formed in the middles of the piston rod and the piston, and working liquid in a cylinder body serves as the shear thickening fluid. The intelligent deceleration strip utilizes the characteristic that the apparent viscosity of the shear thickening fluid is rapidly improved under high impact, can automatically change the rigidity according to the speeds of passing vehicles and play a jolting and warning role on high-speed vehicles, low-speed vehicles can comfortably pass through the intelligent deceleration strip in a jolt-free mode, drivers driving the high-speed vehicles are punished, drivers driving the low-speed vehicles are permitted through, and humanized intelligent guidance and control on the speeds of passing vehicles are achieved.
