According to the method, the medium layer prepared from cement paste is high in mobility, dispersion resistance and homogeneity, and the separating effect is achieved through the specific gravity characteristics of the medium layer, so that the concrete under underwater pouring can be vibrated without widely directly contacting with environmental water, and as a result, the underground pouring quality can be improved; large-placed area and large size general underground water pouring construction can be achieved; the process is simple, the construction quality is greatly improved, and the construction cost is greatly decreased.
