The invention discloses a drainage pipe and a preparation method thereof; the drainage pipe comprises an outer pipe and a liner pipe; the upper end of the outer pipe protrudes outwardly, so that a boss is formed; the liner pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the outer pipe; the outer pipe is prepared from active powder concrete; and the liner pipe is prepared from an organic material or a corrosion-resistant metal material. Because the outer pipe of the drainage pipe disclosed by the invention is prepared from high durable active powder concrete, the problem that an adhesion interface between the drainage pipe and peripheral concrete passing through the drainage pipe is thin is solved; the inner wall is made of the corrosion-resistant material, so that the inner wall of the drainage pipe has the relatively low flow resistance; and the conveying capability of the drainage pipe is increased.
