Interior inorganic dry powder heat-insulating diatom ooze and preparation method thereof
The invention provides interior inorganic dry powder heat-insulating diatom ooze, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-300 parts of inorganic gel materials, 30-80 parts of dispersible gel powder, 50-300 parts of functional heat-insulating materials, 50-200 parts of fillers, 3-80 parts of pigments, and 0-20 parts of auxiliaries, wherein the fillers are functional fillers which are surface porous material mixture of diatomite and chalky clay. The invention further provides a preparation method and applications of the inorganic dry powder heat-insulating diatom ooze. All the components are evenly stirred by adding water on site according to weight proportion under the dry powder status, and then are applied to interior walls to form a thick decorative coating. The diatom ooze is small in heat-conducting coefficient, incapable of generating any harmful substances such as VOC, benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metals and the like, and also has the functions of adsorbing and degrading formaldehyde, automatically adjusting humidity, being excellent in water resistance and long in service life and the like.
