A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to novel diatom ooze bottom powder which comprises, by weight, 35-55 parts of fine silica, 10-25 parts of kaolin, 0.5-1.5 parts of attapulgite, 2.5-3.5 parts of nano-ceramic crystals, 0.2-2 parts of negative oxygen ions, 1.2-2 parts of cellulose, 0.5-0.7 part of wooden fibers, 40-60 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.3 part of anti-cellulose, 15-25 parts of coarse sand, 4-6 parts of ash-calcium-powder and 1.5-2.5 parts of nano-titanium dioxide. Raw materials are mixed according to the weight ratio, added into a disperser, dispersed in the disperser for 20 minutes and filtered to obtain the novel diatom ooze bottom powder. Compared with a common building decoration material, the novel diatom ooze bottom powder is free of any toxic substances, high in adhesive force, more water-resistant, moisture-proof and breathable, and can be powerfully adhered with a wall base layer, and hollowing, separation and pulverization are avoided.
