The invention provides a composite foamed cement plate comprising cement, fly ash, a water repellent, a water reducing agent, oxydol, KN9900, an F series excitant, TEA (triethylamine), Na2SO4, MnO2, water and a polypropylene fiber, wherein the mixing amount of the F series excitant is 0.2-0.35%, the mixing amount of TEA is 0.04-0.05%, and the mixing amount of Na2SO4 is 0.4-0.6%. The composite foamed cement plate provided by the invention has better performance.
