Based on the mass of the reinforcing agent independently, the reinforcing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 60parts of silica fume, 20 to 40 parts of nano crystal whisker, and 1-3 parts of fibers. A plug-in mounting type structure is adopted, a mortar column can be formed firstly or then, the fracture resistance and the compression resistance can be greatly improved through the mortar column, the foamed cement layer has the good compression resistance, and therefore the whole foamed cement partition board has the very good technical index.
