The invention relates to a concrete terrace grinding and polishing technical method. The technical method mainly comprises a terrace surface treating step and a chemical compact treating part. A metal bonder diamond tool is matched with a grinding material with relatively large granularity to primarily roughly grind and level the terrace; the terrace is subjected to post precise polishing by a resin bonder diamond tool; meanwhile, in the technical process, according to needs, the terrace is treated by using an infiltration hardener and a sealing agent. The technical method provided by the invention has the advantages of convenience in construction, operation time saving property, low cost, energy conservation, environment friendliness and the like, the terrace treated by the method is high in hardness, very long in service life, high in degree of finish and good in flatness, and the decorating effect is greatly improved.
