The invention discloses cement paste based on a tackifier single core. The cement paste based on the tackifier single core comprises silicate-type cement, water and additives in a weight ratio of 100:(50-100):(0.05-2). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement paste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) putting additives into water, stirring and dissolving to obtain an additive solution; 2) mixing cement with water to obtain cement paste; and 3) mixing the cement paste with the additive solution, and uniformly stirring, so that the cement paste based on the tackifier single core is obtained. Compared with the traditional tackifier-water reducer double core cement paste, the prepared cement paste based on the tackifier single core has the advantages that the setting time is short, the dynamic water resistance is strong, and the compressive strength is high; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, a working procedure of blending a tackifier and a water reducer according to a ratio in advance is omitted, high flexibility is realized due to usage of the additives, and the cost is lower.
