The invention discloses an anti-microbial plastic-wood floor and a preparing method thereof. The anti-microbial plastic-wood floor is a plastic-wood floor with the surface provided with a layer of nanometer titania film. The preparing method comprises the steps that the plastic-wood floor is ground, cleaned thoroughly and dried and then is immersed in prepared nanometer TiO2 sol for 10-30 min, the plastic-wood floor is taken out and dried, and then the anti-microbial plastic-wood floor is obtained. By means of the anti-microbial plastic-wood floor, formaldehyde produced by new building materials, bonding agents and the like in a room, acetaldehyde produced by smoking, methyl mercaptan produced by household dust and the like and other organic peculiar smells can be decomposed and removed under ultraviolet irradiation, the surface contamination of greasy dirt and organic matter can be decomposed, and the ecological natural environment is facilitated for a long term.
