The invention discloses an anchor device for a carbon fiber plate. The anchor device mainly comprises an anchor plate and a clamping piece set. A wedge-shaped groove is formed in the anchor plate, and the clamping piece set comprises an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece which are symmetric in structure. The clamping piece set is integrally in a wedge-shaped block structure corresponding to the wedge-shaped groove, the clamping piece set is inserted in the wedge-shaped groove in a connected mode, and a carbon fiber plate slot is reserved between the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece of the clamping piece set. Friction stripes are arranged on the face, connected and matched with the anchor plate in an inserting mode, of the clamping piece set. The anchor device comprises the anchor plate and the clamping piece set, the wedge-shaped groove is formed in the anchor plate, the anchor plate set is located in the wedge-shaped groove, and the carbon fiber plate is connected in the slot of the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece in an inserting mode to be anchored. The anchor device is simple in structure and convenient to operate and maintain, and meanwhile the carbon fiber plate cannot be damaged.
